How are you making up the feeds? are you putting the water in first as you are supposed to? Babies dont tend to like cooled boiled water and spit it out. Are you using a first milk? the milks designed for "hungrier babies" are much heavier and cause problems for babies such as constipation, which can give them constipation in adult life. I would make sure you go and see your doctor anyway, but in the meantime, every now and again, you could offer your baby a bottle, where you add 1/2 an ounce more water to powder (4.5 ounce water and 4 oz powder).
